  • You will need to sign a new 6-month contract (same as the first time)

  • If you cancel before the 6 months, you will owe the full cost of the website ($2600) less whatever payments you've already paid. We want long term relationships with out clients and we hope you want that too.

  • Each invoice comes with a 7-day grace period for payment. If payment isn't received within that time, a $30 late fee will apply. For subscription clients, if multiple invoices are overdue by several months, we may cancel the contract, making the full site payment due.

We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we're often flexible and willing to help. However, if we don't receive communication or responses, we need to take steps to ensure fair compensation for our work and time.

  • We send invoices by email through Square, linking to a secure payment page for adding your credit or debit card details. Subscription payments are auto-billed on the 1st of each month after the initial payment. For one-time projects, we accept e-transfers to help reduce processing fees. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.

  • The $150 fee for each additional page is a one-time cost, not a monthly recurring charge. If you need 3 extra pages, that's $450. Just a single, straightforward fee. Paying $450 every month would be nuts!

  • When you sign a contract, whether a one-time payment or subscription, we stand by our work. If we're unable to create a design that you're fully happy with and you decide not to continue, we'll refund your initial payment. However, once we a design is approved and we begin building the site, refunds are no longer guaranteed and are offered only at our discretion.

  • Yes, subscriptions are ongoing after the initial 6-month minimum period. While it typically takes us 2 years to earn the equivalent of a one-time payment for a custom site, we aim for partnerships of at least 5 years to make this model financially sustainable. By that time, your website should be delivering far more than $209 in monthly value, essentially paying for itself. Our goal is to create lasting value that supports your continued investment, so we can keep delivering the quality and care that drives your site's success.

  • No, there is no buyout option to end the monthly subscription. As explained, it typically takes us 2 years, to earn what we would from a one-time payment. The subscription model is only financially viable if clients stay with us for 5+ years. Replacing subscriptions every couple of years would mean constantly seeking new clients, which would take time away from focusing on our existing clients' websites and providing quality support. The consistent, recurring income allows us to dedicate more attention and personalized service to each client without the pressure of continuous sales, ensuring we deliver a higher standard of support and results. If clients opted out frequently, we'd be forced to focus more on sales than on your success, which would compromise our service quality and stability.

  • Yes! We offer a $75 monthly add-on that provides unlimited edits and dedicated support to keep your website looking its best. This plan requires a minimum commitment of 6 months, so please note that it isn't designed for short-term use. If you decide to cancel and later want to reactivate your service, you'll need to commit to another 6-month term.

  • The biggest difference between Lump Sum websites vs. a Subscription website is long term versus short term costs. On subscription, you'll be paying more over time but it will be in small manageable and affordable monthly payments. The lump sum just gets it all out the way in the beginning and you save more money over the long run because you also paid for the design and development up front. So when deciding which package to choose, it all depends on cash flow and long term versus short term goals. If you don't want to spend that much up front and value the service that comes with it, then the monthly is your best option. If you don't want or need the monthly service packages, you can get it all out the way up front and save money over the long term.

  • The answer is both yes and no. SEO consists of two main components: On-page and Off-page. On-page SEO refers to elements directly on your site, such as content quality, loading speeds, accessibility, and layout. Off-page SEO involves strategies outside your website, including link building, guest blogging, and citations.

Our web design packages include some on-page SEO features, like fast loading times, accessibility improvements, optimized meta tags, Google Search Console setup, sitemap creation, and basic content development. However, SEO is an ongoing process that requires more comprehensive strategies. That's where an expert SEO marketer comes in. Those services are separate from our web design packages and we're happy to connect you with professionals we trust to discuss SEO solutions for your business. Let us know if you're interested!
